Hi I am Gagan Bilga, and I am the owner and the founder of WeBuyHouseAsIs. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to play with tools, build or fix just about anything. As I grew up I worked in diverse fields such as customer service, banking and technology. In 2005 I finally turned my love of building and fixing into a career buying and fixing real estate. While flipping I soon realized all the problems that home sellers were facing. Not everyone has the time and money to sell their house the traditional way. Some properties need so much work, a standard property listing simply doesn’t make sense. That’s when I started Cash Home Buyers Pro, to provide alternative solutions to home sellers. We pay excellent prices and Our #1 goal is helping people. Real Estate has been a rewarding profession for me as it gave me the freedom to be a stay home dad when my twins were born in 2015. Hi I am sandy Virk, and I am the Vice President and Acquisitions Manager at WeBuyHouseAsIs. Real estate is in my blood. I have more than 20 yrs of experience in Real estate. I am passionate about helping people solve challenging problems and creating win/win solutions that works for everyone involved. In 2016 a life changing event happened in my life. I went through a divorce which pushed me to sell my home. I noticed the whole home selling process was cumbersome and stressful. I
realized that on this side of the industry people lacked empathy, judgment, and human emotions. That is when I decided to work on this side of the business and it is my humble effort to bring some empathy back into business. I believe we should put ourselves in the seller’s situation and be honest. This will make the whole process a lot easier for both parties.

In my downtime I enjoy spending quality time with her family,
